Shipping Information and Policies
Standard Delivery- We ship Mon-Fri, primarily via USPS or UPS. Extra freight charges may apply due to the quantity, weight, or nature of items ordered beyond shipping and handling charges listed. Please allow 7-14 days to receive your order. Due to supply chain and stock issues, we do not guarantee delivery in this time frame.
Rush Delivery- If you require rush shipping, please send us an email and your order will be handled in an alternative manner.
Foreign Delivery- We currently do not offer international shipping as part of standard orders. If you live outside of the continental US, please email us and we will handle your order in a special manner. All orders must be paid in US dollars.
Damaged Goods- If a package arrives damaged, call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging, as the carrier may wish to inspect the package as part of their claims processing. If the package is damaged but the merchandise appears unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts.
Shipping Errors- Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and report any discrepancy immediately. All claims for missing items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, the correct item will be shipped and Bryant Billiards will pay the shipping. The customer will be liable for shipping expenses to correct any problem due to their error.
Return Policies
Bryant Billiards accepts returns on any unused item in the case of factory/manufacturer defect or damage but only with pre-authorization and within 14 days of receiving the item. All cues, cases and Becue products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We issue credit, refund or exchange depending upon the situation. Personalized and custom-ordered items cannot be returned. Books and DVDs may be exchanged for the same item only. Defective books and DVDs will be replaced.
Shipping and insurance charges for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the returned product for the full value in case of damage during the return process.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order was shipped under the terms of a free shipping offer, the actual shipping charges incurred will be subtracted from the refund.
Personal Information Privacy Policies
Submitting Personal Information- We don’t disclose your personal information to any third parties. Bryant Billiards will not sell or lease any of your information to others. We only use it to accurately process your order or to send any requested or authorized correspondence between the customer and Bryant Billiards as well as its associate companies including Dreamline Promotions and On The Hill Enterprises operating as HillbillyOnTheHill.com.
Ordering from www.BryantBilliards.com– When you order from BryantBilliards.com we need your name, email address, shipping address, and credit card number/expiration date. We only use this information to process, ship and notify you concerning your order. We do not currently have a newsletter but we do occasionally send out notifications and announcements. You may unsubscribe from them at any time by responding to the email with Unsubscribe in the title and/or body. We handle all our incoming and outgoing emails by hand, with the exception of the automated response emails from PayPal. We will never sell any of your personal information to a third party.
